Torwood Garden Centre was started in 1942 by John Stevenson Snr. as a nursery growing vegetables and bedding plants. Now, more than 75 years later, the business is still run by the third & forth generations of the Stevenson family. We have a team of friendly, knowledgeable staff and pride ourselves on personal service and expert gardening advice.
In 2003 we opened our new, modern garden centre on the outskirts of Larbert with a large gift shop, award winning restaurant & beautiful plant area situated within a Victorian walled garden. The centre has plenty of free parking on site including dedicated disabled spaces and is built across one level throughout allowing easy access for wheelchair users.
Plants remain our speciality but over the years we have grown a reputation for unique Gifts as well as winning awards for our restaurant, Blossoms. Of course we stock everything else you need to enjoy your garden, from Furniture, Pets & Aquatics to Clothing and local Food.
In 2017 we celebrated our 75th year with a series of events and won three top awards at the Falkirk Herald Business awards including Best Business for Tourism and Best Independent Business in Falkirk. We hope you can visit us in Larbert for a day out soon!
Dogs welcome throughout garden centre, but only on the decking area of Blossoms Cafe.
